Dean revisits Ben's house, located on the Venture Compound. He first visited Ben in the season five Halloween special (which, continuity-wise, is the second episode of the season, taking place in the middle of the season premiere). It's at Ben's house that he learns that he and Hank are clones, so it's fitting that he learns his father is also likely a clone.
