Sneak Peek and Promo for Bright Lights, Dean City
Over at Adult Swim Video you can catch a fancy sponsored sneak peek at this Sunday's upcoming Venture Bros. episode "Bright Lights, Dean City". This is a totally different preview than the one they showed after "Everybody Comes To Hank's" last night, in case you were curious.

PROM?
Perm Removal of Moppets?
Some kind of set up for something sinister farther down the road?
Glad Girl Hitler made it back even for a second. We have yet to meet the Hitler family who fancy themselves as artists (reaching for an alternate reality where Hitler finished his art schooling dream).
I hope the Moppets get their own show on QVC channel where they finish each sales pitch with nods and whittling knives. "This bird feeder has a very nice carving of 2 standing lions in beautiful basswood and oak. In the landscaping industry, the Moppet sales staff would refer to it as an American linden, or lime tree. It grows most commonly in the eastern, central part of North America, particularly around the great lakes. There are approximately 30 different types of basswood in this part of the world isn't that right Tim Tom?" Oct. 5, 2010, 2:46am

But on Shivers blog she says she mentions that now that the show is done they don't know if they will ever come back and that it's up to Mr. Publick. Also, Jackson himself told Mike that he doesn't know what's next for the Venture Bros. : (
I hope he's just kidding and we get a season 5 and 6 and 7 and 8! Oct. 5, 2010, 3:22pm

We don't know how this season is going to end. Also, hour long finale.
These guys haven't had vacations in forever it seems and while I do love venture bros, the uncertain period between seasons 1 & 2 wound up paying off with awesome results. Also, I think at the dragon con panel they said that if they don't do another season they might do some longer length specials, which can be just as exciting. Oct. 5, 2010, 3:38pm

Yeah they have both said a number of times that there will be more Venture Bros but that a) they need a break (they've basically been working on the show non-stop since season three pre-production) and b) new stuff might not be a new season but could be specials or something longer etc, or it could just be season five, but nobody knows yet

All this talk of this being the end of the show is depressing but makes me wonder...
Do you guys think the the Venture Brothers show may get picked up for syndication somewhere? They have 55+ episodes and I have seen some shows (Clerks) re run on network television with far fewer. Oct. 7, 2010, 1:20pm
