Have Some Comic-Con Coverage
If you noticed the big Comic-Con logo at the top of the site then you've probably seen the Comic-Con coverage page, but just in case I'm telling you about it right now! Head over there to read up on the news and events from the convention. Right now I have a quick writeup of the Venture Bros. panel and some stuff on the newest toys with a little more to come later. And of course there's a bunch of stuff on the Mantis-Eye Tumblr if you're into that. Enjoy!

The more they deny that they'll ever bring Kim back the more convinced I am that, of course, they will. They always bring back obscure characters.
Also their answer to what Dr. Girlfriend said to the Monarch at the end of season two sounds lame. Given the situation that only possible answers were "I'm pregnant" or "I was born a man." They didn't pursue the former and walked away from the latter. Saying she wanted a duoship is far too non-controserial to be an end-of-season tag. Jul. 25, 2011, 1:43pm

Funny. The more people ask about Kim the more I'm convinced that she will never be seen again.
And the answer to the other question was obvious (if you watched the season 3 premiere), its the only answer that makes any sense.
I don't understand why the same questions get asked over and over again. That 2nd question is even answered in the show. Jul. 25, 2011, 2:07pm

Obviously anything can change but they seem to mostly want Kim gone forever and for people to stop caring about her so much because she was mostly just a way to make the Hank/Dean portion of VEN happen. They actually seemed legitimately frustrated when the question was asked at SDCC, and generally they don't seem to get annoyed or frustrated by much. The line in Operation PROM was also added for the sole reason of getting rid of Kim.

Yeah, it seems that even most of the other media outlets and write-ups this Comic Con focused on the same old questions about what's coming next.
The only interesting video interview I saw, and I can't quite remember which one it was, Jackson and Doc mentioned that the Shallow Gravy short takes place after the Prom so there were some slight visual evolutions and just the slightest hint at what might be to come. Jul. 26, 2011, 11:12pm
