It's Raffle Time!

Update: The raffle is over and the winners have been announced! If you missed it you can watch the full thing below (or click to read the rest if you're on the home page). Congrats to the winners, I will be emailing them later on to let them know if they don't already.

Original: Join me for what is sure to be a somewhat awkward live raffle drawing! Five winners will be picked! The show starts at like 6:55pm eastern, 3:55pm pacific! You can follow along below or bop on over to the Mantis-Eye UStream Channel.

The raffle was fun. The live drawing went well. The math nerd in me wants to know stats like how many different people entered, what was the average number of tickets per person, and how many tickets each of the five winners had. Great job Mike!

Oh I can grab those pretty easily. There were about 205 distinct emails (which is not too shabby for a contest run not during a season) and 1573 tickets given out, so that works out to roughly 7.67 tickets per person. The most tickets assigned to one email was 58 and the least was obviously 1. The mode is 1 and the median is 2. The winners had, in descending order, 30, 20, 14, 3, 1, 1 tickets each which is kind of amazing to me. There were 14 people with more than 30 tickets and two more people with 30.

I got Brock!!! Oh man, I don't even care if he's weird in real life. He's Brock. Thank you so much for doing all of this, Mike. It's been a blast! You are such an excellent website host.

On a side note, they really need to start making these videos accessible on iproducts. Only having my ipod all weekend and not being able to see the video was super painful.

Congrats! There's a Ustream app that I think lets you view the videos. At the very least it lets you record so I assume it lets you view them. But yeah they need to communicate that better on their web site or something. And then with embedded videos it's just hopeless.

YES! The Mighty Monarch is mine! Thanks for putting on the raffle, Mantis Eye! Without you, I wouldn't be able to add the Monarch to my desk space, next to some thing from Hallmark and Yo Gabba Gabba.

Okay, Venturoos. Here's what ya get for the Extras, at least on the DVD version. I felt it was a little light, but that's just my opinion. Deleted Scenes (as always) - Some are B&W sketches with the dialog, others are animated with the dialog. Ghost in the Pro-Blem - An extended view of the distorted images of events from the Pro-BLEM's point of view. Maybe there are some clues hidden in it if you like frame-by-frame advancing. Maybe not. Sirena Goes Off... - Cristin Milioti ad-libbing way more dialog than the script calls for. Poor Rocco. Promo - Basically the season 7 promo. Maybe there's Easter Eggs to find. I haven't done any extensive searching yet. If anyone finds any feel free to post them here!
