Consider: Superjail
Normally other Adult Swim shows don't get a mention here (except for Metalocalypse I guess, but only because it rules), but since we are between seasons you should check out Superjail.
It's a new series created by Christy Karacas, Stephen Warbrick and Ben Gruber all of whom you have probably never heard of, but still! More importantly a certain Christopher McCulloch provides a few admittedly minor voices for the series:

I honestly can't remember which voices I did in the pilot, other than one effeminate inmate who comes back a few times over the course of the season, as do I. Most of the characters speak in grunts or single lines of dialogue.
It airs at 11:45pm on Sunday or you can view the first episode online today at around 6pm EST (though it will probably eb up earlier). Also if you want to see what the show is about you can watch the pilot episode online complete with creator commentary.- by Butyl DNA World
