Season Three DVD, Perhaps?

Phil over at Noise to Signal sent me word he's put up an open letter to Jackson and Doc pertaining to season three DVD extras. He mentions some ideas for possible stuff that already exists as well as some stuff that would be cool but might take a little work. Jackson has already said that he and Doc are already hard at work on season 4, so don't expect too much fancy stuff on the season 3 DVD.

All I ask for are the extended versions of shows. If they had to cut scenes out, well, put 'em back in, even if they're rough animatics and sound.

I WANT IT ALL.

I wouldn't mind having "alternate video commentary" like complete versions of the stuff over at AS.
That would be pretty boss.

Hey, thanks for the link!

Something I should mention is that the idea for a shirt club featurette with Billy/Pete narration came from someone here.

It's just that I was unable to find the comment in which someone suggested it, so I was unable to give credit.

Apologies...and I'll credit you if you come forward...but I had to use it as it was a damn good idea. :-)

I found the page on JP's livejournal where I suggested this. Near the bottom of the page, third comment under this heading.

What I'd like to see is recording booth footage. You know, the stuff animators use to help animate expression and movement. I'm sure they have some recorded and could just put it in or even do a Billy/White V.O. on it.

Oh most definitely... especially if it was an exchange between two characters played by the same actor.

Okay, Venturoos. Here's what ya get for the Extras, at least on the DVD version. I felt it was a little light, but that's just my opinion. Deleted Scenes (as always) - Some are B&W sketches with the dialog, others are animated with the dialog. Ghost in the Pro-Blem - An extended view of the distorted images of events from the Pro-BLEM's point of view. Maybe there are some clues hidden in it if you like frame-by-frame advancing. Maybe not. Sirena Goes Off... - Cristin Milioti ad-libbing way more dialog than the script calls for. Poor Rocco. Promo - Basically the season 7 promo. Maybe there's Easter Eggs to find. I haven't done any extensive searching yet. If anyone finds any feel free to post them here!
