Three, Four, A Whole Lot More
Finally a new update over at Publick Nuisance where Jackson himself has confirmed season three being greenlit as well as Cartoon Network making a commitment to season four (though it's apparently not in stone just yet). As for the important info, no air dates yet, but it looks like it will start around a year from now. Production, meanwhile, will start up on April 9th after Jackson and Doc have a few scripts under their belts. Thirteen new episodes, as is the norm. There's a ton of other stuff there as well, including some rejected artwork for the season two DVD (due out April 19th), so go read it now damn you. Oh, and thanks to mystery man 'Gumby' for e-mailing me about that.

It's about time Publick updated his site. Thank god 2 more seasons are coming. Even though It'll be a while till I see them at least I have something to look foward to. The section that was interesting to me was Publick said he would be focusing more on some characters and boycotting others. I really hope 1 of the characters he focuses more on is Dean. I feel they haven't fully developed his character yet. They did an excellent job on Hank last season. I hope 3 of the characters that he boycotts are Dr.Venture, Brock, and The Monarch. I feel like the show focuses way too much on them and not enough on the other characters. I wish I could meet Jackson and Doc. I want to meet the 2 men who created "THE REAL BEST SHOW ON TV."

I don't know if I'd boycott them, but the Monarch and his crew could use a little less play. 24 and 21 in particular were really taking over the show. I love them, but I'm not sure how far their characters can be developed and I'm afraid they're shtick will get played out if they keep getting major roles in every episode.
I'd like to see some more of Conjectural Technologies, Baron Underbheit (he should be a more interesting character now that he's joined the "failure" theme), and Jonas Venture Jr. & Co. Mar. 15, 2007, 9:11am

It would be great to see Roy Brisby make a return. Jackson and Doc barely scratched the surface of all the great Disney jokes possible with that character. Plus Mr. Brisby should have a vendetta against David Bowie after the Panda incident. Thats a perfect setup to throw the Guild and Molotov back into another episode. Anyway that sounds good to me.

Yes....there is still some potential with the Brisby character that hasn't been developed yet. Plus, more Mandalay! If he's still employed by Brisby. And utilizing the Brisby/Panda/Bowie storyline would also give us a chance to learn more about Bowie as "the Sovereign".
Also as mentioned in an earlier post, more about Baron Unterbheit would be nice; he really only had one episode in Season Two.
More of White/Quizboy/Conjectural Technologies would be nice too.
And I agree we probably should see a bit less of 21/24 for a while. They're great, but don't overdo it.
Maybe a bit more concerning Triana's super-hot friend, as well! :-p Mar. 16, 2007, 10:50am
