At first, I figured the cliffhanger was that Dr. Girlfriend (Dr. Wife?) WAS a man. Not any longer, though. It didn't even occur to me that she could have have been preggers until I went on the web. But now that that's on the table I had a thought. What if she had fraternal twins? One from Phantom Limb and one the Monarch? Or maybe one from Rusty? Hell, how about one from all three of them? I'd love to see that unholy mess dumbed on the Monarch and watch him try to deal with it.
