Miss Clair Chenelwith is the name of the woman that was "rescued" by Jonas from the freezing water in the newspaper shown during H.E.L.P. eR. Mod-2's narration. I couldn't find any references to somebody by that name online. Anyone recognize the name?

Maybe the rescue of a damsel in distress itself by a celebrity is a reference to an actual event? I wonder if she plays any significant role in the Venture family saga? Perhaps she becomes Mrs. Fitzcarraldo?

Also, H.E.L.P. eR. Mod-2 tells Dean that he cannot go to New Zealand because he is an abomination, and he is voiced by Rhys Darby who is from New Zealand.

I also wonder if Ben's "trip to NZ" is just a cover story, as the timing seems suspect, and he's really at OSI HQ working on cloning Jonas?

All of the newspapers have interesting bits about the history and hysteria of H.E.L.P.eR., and why model 2 is so afraid of humanity. I recommend pausing and reading each article. Jonas rescues Ms. Chenelwith a couple of weeks after all the bots were burned in protest regarding some incident. He was not worried about the long-term effects of that fiasco because the public's memory is short, and he did something great right after to make everyone forget.

I did read the stories, but good advice for the viewers. I did suspect that the "rescue" was just a PR ploy and likely Ms. Chenelwith's name is bogus, perhaps played by a young Grace Kelly? Jonas allegedly slept with her after all, and he also had connections with other actresses.

Story indicates a H.E.L.P.eR going bad in Cold Springs, Montana. Don't think that's an actual town, tho there are any number of Cold Springs locations. There is a Cold Springs grade school in Missoula. There a MT connection doing some writing?

I always thought Ben was an author's convenience rather a real person. That is, he was injected into the show to tell Dean he's a clone and had no other exist beyond that. And in a sense this is true because he just disappeared with Helper mk2 explains things to Dean, then refuses to leave the creepy old house. Helper2 like Ben in a sense don't exist and never will.
