So I'm guessing Dr. Mrs. The Monarch had to hand over arching rights on Venture clan over from The Monarch to Wide Wale....correct?

Yeah, her sleeping with Wide Whale would be just too obvious and she and The Monarch[!--Ed.] have joked about having a weirdly open marriage.

That's what she told Hatred when she rescued her hubby and 21 at the end. That they were in violation of Wide Wale's exclusive arching rights.
