Definite spoof of the Captain America/Hulk storyline being used in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Rodney would be Captain America, the perfectly made Super Soldier by Jonas. Jonas dies and no one knows how to make the formula. Fast forward to when they tried to give it a recreated version to Hatred. It didn't work & brings out his darker nature (child molester), like how Bruce Banner turned into the Hulk (thankfully not a child molester).

i wish monstroso wasnt dead, more orpheus, less shoreleave,the monarch will also have some sort of "rocky" moment being back home now,not enough phantom limb and revenge society,hatred boobs..smh....nobody got time for that. weak episode was venture libre, it would have been better to make an episode with the revenge society, rather than lame-o venturestein
There's a more direct parallel in the Captain America comics, in fact. In the 1950's, a college professor named William Burnside injected himself and a student with a recreated version of the serum and they pretended to be the real Captain America and Bucky. They eventually went crazy and started accusing everybody of being Commies.
