Upon second viewing I agree that Rose Whalen is Triple Threat. And with her being a prude and all, I bet what's-his-name, Gentleman's crush, is Mr Whalen. They probably weren't even villains. Billy, Pete, and Orpheus all seemed villainous at first glance.
I think that when the Monarchs usurped Limb's Malice villa Limb took up residence in the Monarch's family home. So Malcolm, Sheila, and Gary are arriving right at Revenge headquarters. I wonder what became of Impossible Industries?
The snapshot. Suppose Malcolm isn't upset about the truck, but sneezing? Rocket and sunchoke at the picnic perhaps?
Who was Flying Squid's lady friend? Possibly Auntie Matter, a likely Sovereign candidate?
I want more. I got the dart monkey on me back. But all in good time.

I thought maybe it was Mommy Longlegs in the hot tub with Flying Squid, who had the vague Tubular Bells reference in that scene!

I believe it is indeed Auntie Matter. Dr. Mrs. The Monarch had told Doc that the "neighbors" were Flying Squid, he's pretty self explanatory, and Auntie Matter, who is a shape changing spinster. So we finally got to see them both.
