Is that his name? Judging by the board O.S.I. had in this episode and the end credits I think I know the name of almost everyone on the council is and their number except the bug guy and the girl

Councilman 1. Vendata (may be replaced by Dr. Girlfriend)
Councilman 2: Wild Fop
Councilman 3: Red Mantle
Councilman 4: Phineas Phage (formerly Boggles the Clue Clown)
Councilman 5: Dr. Z
Counciman 6: MonseÃ±or
Councilman 7: Don Hell
Councilman 8: Dragoon
Councilman 9: Steppenwolf
Councilman 10: the unnamed bug guy
Councilwoman 11: Mommy Longlegs (not sure if that is her name or not)
Councilman 12: The Nerve
Councilman 13: The Sovereign (David Bowie Shapeshifter...possibly Twiggy)

The OSI board seen in this episode has them shown in order of their number from left to right. The first 4 councilmen were row (boggles was taken down due to his death), the next row is councilmen 5-8 and the next row is councilman 9-12. I'm pretty sure I'm right because the show has given us the numbers for 1-4 and 8 and the credits reveal the councilwoman is 11...and they all fit into their place on the board.
