At one point Headshot appears that he wants to sexually assault Molotov (only to find out it's Amber Gold). He was also was controlling of Amber Gold. I guess he's just a d!@%.

Totally, but I loved what Bill Hader did with the part. He made him see like such a sleazy, oily guy. I think he makes a great bad guy.

Maybe. He seemed more one of those 'my work comes first, but I enjoy the touch of a woman' type guys to me. Unless the Guild could offer him a once-in-a-lifetime hit, he's staying with OSI.
