Here are my best guesses:

"Momma's Boys"--The friendship that begins to unravel Doc's sanity is his imagined friendship with Ted. I don't really know about the "commitment" or "mystery relationship" storylines. As for the episode's name, it suggests that we'll get some big reveals, but it could very well be misdirection.

"Bot Seeks Bot"--The O.S.I.'s surveillance mission is against the blue-suited guy with the funny hat, the one that Brock knocks out in the bathroom of the Chinese restaurant. Doc Hammer will use the same robot-like voice he used for the character in "Shadowman 9." Doc and Billy being caught in the crossfire refers to their being caught, ball-gagged, and tied to some sort of game show wheel at a Guild party. Brock and Shoreleave, both in disguise, try to save them. A repaired Ghost Robot is also involved, giving us the "dueling robot voices" episode Doc Hammer referred to in a season four commentary.

"The Devil's Grip"--I think this is the episode that features the crashing Jeep scene and the Hatred hover-tank blasting away at the Monarch's cocoon. Beyond that, I don't really know. The sizzle reel shows some funeral scenes, but I can't imagine it's Doc's funeral, what with all the Guild members present.

I was thinking yesterday and came to the same realization about the "dueling robot voices" thing . I couldn't stop laughing after I realized that Doc and Jackson actually did it.
