So we have Molotov running around and the O.S.I. is scared of her. Super-criminal prisoners escape (presumably from O.S.I. headquarters). Molotov is a mercenary, so....who hired her to break out the super-criminals? Is the Revenge Society 'recruiting'? Is Monstroso back in the game?

At what point does O.S.I. cut their loses and just hire Molotov, she's not loyal to the 'antagonists' even if she really is intimate with Monstroso. A mercenary can always be bought.

Maybe as revenge against Brock? He basically dismantled her organization and held her lover hostage. Even mercs have vendettas.

The unanswered question is where is Monstroso. He wasn't in the car that Brock stopped, that turned out to be a dummy. The Monstroso brought to the OSI heli-carrier was also a dummy, filled with SPHINX agents to capture the OSI double-agents. So was Molotiv acting as a decoy to lure Brock away while her Blackhearts retrieved the real Monstroso? Do Gather have a double ruse with both the real Monstroso and the Trojan horse one on board the Sphynx command ship? If the latter than Mol is on board to rescue Monstroso.

By the way, in line with Mol being a decoy in Operation PROM notice that she says her Blackhearts are the escorts, but she may have been lying (again) to get Brock to leave the scene to save the boys. When the clock struck midnight none of the escorts tried to kill anyone, They didn't turn into bugs until moments later.

I would never cut it as an OSI operative. A double-ruse would never occur to me. You, on the other hand, seem up to the task. Your ideas seem like they could have come from Hunter's head!

On the subject of the "escorts" in "Operation: P.R.O.M.," I think we're meant to conclude they were really Molotov's Blackhearts. I seem to remember Jackson saying as much to reassure those who mistakenly concluded the girls--who were horribly mutated and possibly killed--were real sex workers. The implication, I think, is that the Blackhearts didn't kill anyone because they were under the spell of Rusty's Spanish Fly. It certainly appeared to be working, as the women went from being bored to dancing/having fun by the episode's end. It just had an unforeseen side effect . . . .
