I was looking for some way to post notes to the capsule and couldn't find a way so I'll leave the notes where:
1. When The Monarch and DRGF return from the Prom the Monarch darts the cabbie instead of paying him. This is the second time he's done this. The first was in the Captain Sunshine ep.
2. Gorillas are vegetarians so why use meat to lure them out of the E-den? Ansd how does one have two infant gorillas when there's only one adult?
3. Dean's fantasy with Thalia ends with him dressed like Luke Starwalker fighting cylons but the classic SW poster does not have Leia touching Luke's leg. However there is a similar Conan cover by Frank Frazetta which has a young woman clinging to Conan's leg.
4. The out-of-phase intern I think refers back to The Philadelphia Experiment, a SF film about teleportation research in WWII that goes horribly wrong. Also the intern who's out-of-phase is the intern that disintegrated during the proof-of-concept scene.
5. When Thalia brings in Dean to fight Martin it was with the intent to stop the Second Age and world wide mutation, but by the time everyone is celebrating the Hun-Lee-Hook she's is all for the Second Age indicating that she's succumb to group-think.

I laughed my ass off at this. I love the idea that the Monarch avoids cab fare by darting the drivers.

The same thought occurred to me. One of the things I appreciate about Peter Jackson's "King Kong" is that the big gorilla eats trees in the way real gorillas eat bamboo. In the older versions, it was implied that Kong ate the humans offered to him by local villagers.

Maybe there were two and one (the female, apparently) died prior to the Ventures' first exploration of the E-den? That was my assumption, anyway.
