Gotta love Doc. He's pleading for his life at the end of the show by saying what a really "compassionate" guy he is, then as soon as H.E.L.P.eR shows up he's like, "Kill those guys!"

Yeah, after getting some insight into why he's so fucked up and even giving him a little humanity last season, this season he's been back to being a pretty huge asshole again. So far.

Dean seems to be on his way to breaking the cycle though, based on this episode. Hank not so much, but Hank is Hank.

In Cleansuit he was a pretty total dick, but in this episode he showed a lot of compassion for Venturestein (if not necessarily the other mutant guys.) I think it fit in with his season four arc pretty well.
