I thought the music video well over shadowed the episode and that the animation looked cheap like eskimo bob or flash, hey theres a refrence most won't get.
Anyway this special was pretty lame: all the easy jokes, 1000 refrences to every band instead of anything original, Dr. Venture not in the speedsuit and was so dumb he just figured Der. is his son, WTF! The animation in the Music Video looked better as well.
All in all the Venture Bros. is an almost always perfect show, but when they stink look ouy b/c it's bad! I give the 'special' a two out of five.
Very sad VB fan.
