Loved it. Great to see the story move forward there at the end: definitely sets up some interesting plots for season 5. And I thought the writing was great. It's little things, like Brock and Shoreleave doing some random mission that really sell the world so well.
I tend to agree about the animation being not the best but I think it was mentioned that this was in Flash and that season 5 will look as the regular seasons always have.
