there is one thing im confused about.

Think of it this way, she was not keeping within the confines of the PROM, she was flirting/making out with Brock and Mol may be the jealous type even though she's with Monstroso. SOOOOO seeing that she was off mission for a little Molotov gave her the choice of going back to work or getting fired on the spot... with a knife...
