Was the bed of women composed of ones he "thought he could have had" but didn't? That's the gist I got, but then why was Myra Brandish there? And if it was any woman he ever lusted for, where was Dermott's sister?

I see it as women on his current roster of desires. He doesn't have an attraction to Nikki right now but he is thinking about sex with all of those women currently. Even Myra, which makes the whole thing a lot creepier.

Yeah, Myra seems likely but knowing Jackson and Doc, she's a red herring. Rusty's had sex with Myra but the creepy thing is that he'd still do her, even knowing she's a psycho bitch. He would have sex with any of the women on that bed if the opportunity came up.
