The alternate universe Rusty can open portals to other dimensions, like he invented some device that allows him to do that & could've probably visited this dimensions Rusty at any time, y'know if he wanted too.

Exactly. Wheas regular Rusty can barely build jack shit, this rusty's proably diffrent. But I also think that this univese varies in other ways, obviously, like if rustys a success what if the monarchs not so hung upon him and just uses him as a regular arch or got farther?
