It's feasible that he just hasn't seen Nikki since he knocked her up and even if he did, she seems to have grown out of loving him as a person (rather having loved his Rusty Boy Adventurer image) so it's possible that she wouldn't go out of her way for him to make the connection.
As for Dermott, it's safe to assume that Rusty's just too into himself to wonder anything more about Dermott than him being Hank's smartmouth friend. And on top of that Dermott doesn't hide the fact that he thinks Brock's his dad. Considering how many women Brock's slept with and the very real possibility that he has illegitimate children, what reason would Rusty have to argue (or care enough to argue)?
