What episode was Tigeriffic in?

Would put black construction workin' MODOK up in the list since hew seemed intriguing, but hey, you cant put em all in there, it would be an all day selection process. I could be getting work done as it is, so I'm glad there is going to be another!

Yes, there are many shots of Mommy Longlegs; she's the black-widow looking character who has red eyes and like 3 sets of arms, and smart money is she's on the Counicl of 13 as well. And Tigeriffic is shown without costume talking to the Monarch in jail at the start of Season 2.
