Bill, I did not notice the maps in the OSI room being backwards, but instead noticed them actually depicting a radically different United States with various strange-sized states. I'm going to have to check it out again on the iTunes tomorrow morning but I haven't noticed anything like that before in past episodes.
Over all this is probably my favorite episode from this season (though I've liked most of them a lot anyway) and is one of of the better episodes of the series overall, considering the huge amount of shoutbacks to past episodes and old characters, as well as overall humor.
