I'm sorry it didn't quite work out, Mike. It seemed like a great idea, and your summary seems really accurate as to why it didn't work out.

I have to say that while I think the e-mail confirmation thing was an engaging choice, it was overall not a good idea because I'm frankly pretty adverse to those kinds of things. I submitted my information and then immediately checked my email for my login and password. When my inbox was empty, I refreshed several times before just giving up and doing something else. I only went on to take tests one and two (which I failed) in the afternoon of April 2nd. So, maybe it would have worked out if the email distribution had been completely automatic?

Yeah it originally was but I went with batch sending to make it seem more mysterious or something. You make an interesting point for sure though.
