Hatred is great in the way that his whole situation has become ironic. He is a recovering pedophile who is now working as a bodyguard to CHILDREN. We say he hasn't grown but if anything he has been doing the MOST growing of many characters, it's just been OVER time.
The guys since season 2 has gone from pedophile to recovery, not to mention he needs to figure out where his allegiance lies: The Guild, OSI, Dr.Venture. Plus we are beginning to see Hank warming up to him. Whats great about Hatred is he takes more time to develop than other characters. Like Dr. Venture, he was haunted throughout most of the first two seasons by his father and having to live up to him, but it was solved during the Doctor is Sin, but what was great was that his conflict spanned so long, just as Hatred is.
I think Hatred is great, and like many characters just needs some time.

I totally agree with you. I think that makes him more realistic in a way. Developing at a slower rate. I mean, when something bad happens to most people, they don't just suddenly morph into a different personality. If anything, there's more psychology behind it. I may be delving too deep there, so I'll just my mouth.

Hatred is win.
