Im fairly perturbed how Sgt Hatred an exi criminal ex osi. a guy who had a friggin hover tank, hasnt showed to be much more than a common thug, hardly really even worthwhile. Admittedly he is more on docs level of super science but cmon, princess tiny feet should have only joint custody of the hover tank and let him use it on weekends, so they can do some cool jumps. or something... Anything.
Admittedly Im surprised that hatred hasnt had a few run ins with captain sunshine, just saying he seems to be up his alley as an enemy (although he was familiar with commander consumate?)

It seems to be somewhat common knowledge that most professional villains in the Venture universe are little more than common thugs. The Guild frowns upon "extreme" tactics such as murder (as noted in Tears of a Sea Cow among other eps) just as Doc Venture finds his would-be antagonists as more of an annoyance than an honest threat. That's kind of the joke. Hatred fits the mould of Guild villain and bodygaurd better than Brock and the Monarch respectively due to the fact that he is actually relatively harmless and is really just "laying along".
