Something else that stuck with me, why is it that Dean was walking with his hair sample to the kitchen, and Dermott and Hank popped their head up from the stairwell and looked at him? Why wouldn't they realize that was Dean they just saw?

It was weird that Dean was putting Miracle Gro plant food on the hair sample. That's such a 'kid' thing to do.

I hope Dean doesn't lose his hair. Although the vaguely older mutant Dean was balding, which doesn't bode well for Dean. Hopefully he'll somehow figure out how to reverse his balding and keep a full head of hair just like his grandpa. I'm sure the kid doesn't want to look anything like his dad.

I like how the final part of Dean's experiment ended with him putting it in the oven, just like Shrinky-Dinks.
