Probably just a good running gag--homes with more than one person never, somehow, have enough bathrooms. Clearly Jonas Venture Sr. never thought of adding one, and Dr. Venture did not think of it either with two kids--they really never figured out this "having kids thing," but that is probably reading too much into it.
But . . . is the bathroom that Hank goes in--that the Torrent sort of "stinks up"--the same bathroom The Monarch leaves his "wrath?"

Yes. There's 3 doors. One each to Doc's room and the boys room and one that connects to the hall.
There are most likely bathrooms in the other wings, but Doc probably had the water shut off to them and / or they're in disrepair. Doctor O's appartment must have it's own bathroom though.
