A few more things:
The end narration is a Super Friends reference, one of several. The Adam West Batman series is also referenced several times, such as seatbelt thing, which is a reference to how it got an award from the National Safety Council for promoting buckling up in the car. Also, Coptor 5 is a reference to WNBC's Chopper 4 and the Sklar Brothers routine about it.
