If you freeze frame the 'humpback guy', you'll see it's Dean. I gotta wonder what that's all about. Dammit, I hope 21 starts working for the Ventures.

My guess is it was a previous Dean clone that didn't turn out right, like the f'd-up Ripley clone in Alien 4. Hank probably shot it, thinking he killed the real Dean and now Dermott is helping him plan a getaway.

Another guess, Phantom Limb will return and his Dad is a member of the council of 13 by the voice we heard stating his Grandfather played the souzaphone (sp?).

It's gotta be a previous Dean. Being a crazy fangirl I went through frame by frame and the Hunchback Dean is standing in front of a wall of surveillance photos of regular Dean...looking crazy...
