Just wanted to tackle some of these with my own thoughts...
"What the ORB does."
The ORB is there, and there it will remain until the very moment it's use is called for. What it does is of no immediate concern.

In order to carry out such a plan, certain potentially detrimental factors must be dealt with. One down, three to go...
"Phantom limb's current state."
The last time we saw him, he was procuring vengeance against those who wronged him. At this point, anyone who's affiliated with the guild is on his "shit list", and he will follow through to the very end by any means necessary. (Joining the OSI is not out of the question)
"Trianna's friend kim becoming a super villan"
I've been interested in seeing where this goes since V.E.N. I doubt there are any current plans to develop on it, but it's something to use if Jackson and Doc find a way to carry it out.

It follows back to their college days, possibly even earlier. Rusty doesn't even remember the incident, which leads one to believe it was something of no major significance.

And no clones to fall back on. Should be interesting to see how this plays out...

Assuming he is dead, and not currently working on a project so extreme, the very knowledge of his exsistance can prove detrimental to it's completion. (think ORB)

Hatred inquired about a job with the OSI, which leads one to believe he has had no previous affiliation with them, or he changed his identity in strict secrecy.
"The identity of Dermott's mother"
The sillhouette of her in the car as she was picking up Dermott was likely that of Myra. Perhaps Brock's family ties with the Ventures goes beyond just affiliation...

"Who killed 24?"
The moppets seem the most likely culprit(s), but that's too easy.
"Who will replace brock?"
The OSI and the Ventures are no longer on agreeable terms it seems, so it's unlikely they will expend any more resources on ensuring their safety.

We have a super-scientist and a necromancer who are capable of such a feat, but under what circumstance would either be willing to revive 24? Perhaps the tyrany of the Viceroy will prove to be a bigger threat than anticipated.

I see no reason for him to discontinue his pursuit of Rusty Venture, although this is sure to set him back indefinitely. There will be some tension between him and his henchmen, especially 21.

They operated within the guild's guidelines, so I'm sure it won't be a matter of their concern.

They manipulated Brock, but at the same time they obviously still hold very high regard of him. I wouldn't doubt if Brock is to become affiliated with the black-hearts as a freelance mercenary.
