My biggest interest is seeing what becomes of henchman 21 in season 4.

He's infatuated with Dr. Girlfriend/MTM, the Monarch was directly responsible for the events that led to the death of his best friend, and he's expressed interest in becoming his own supervillain in season 2.

He's sure to become the Viceroy in season 4!

But the monarch's only partialy responsible! Sure he put the bomb on him but theres were only two people left in the caccon to detonate the charge after dr.mrs.the monarch left it there.....Tim tom an kevin! They wanted revenge and got it. and maybe they also thought they could kill the monarch or at least his "two cronies".

Nope...check the controller Monarch holds up...the same one Dr. Girlfriend leaves on the chair. It's got the Monarch logo and a single red button. That's the detonator.
