Pete White comments that the creator of the riddle didn't count on the people trying to solve it having the internet, but the search actually started with an internet address (that Billy found)... sure it is possible that the person who created the riddle was different than the one who hid it, but it is still kind of interesting... though I don't think it means anything more than the fact that White and all are somewhat oblivious...

The person who put the URL into the Rusty Venture Show is not the same person who wrote the riddle. The riddle that White is referring to was probably written many years before the Rusty Venture Show. I'd imagine this was how Jonas found ORB; and then the location of the riddle was just an added step that someone (Jonas?) involved in the Rusty Venture Cartoon added.

Still doesn't explain how the URL found it's way onto the original cartoon show 30 years ago.....

Some of the clues and the URL could have been edited in the DVD version. It wouldn't be too hard to do. They digitally remaster and restore old shows all the time for DVD release.

(in best Hank voice) Maybe it's a message ... from the future! (end Hank voice) You know, like in Twenty Years to Midnight, how the alien knew when the Galactic Inquisitor was coming.
