Did anyone else catch on that the Murderous Moppets seemed to be plotting something against The Monarch while they are watching TV?

Not sure if it's against the Monarch, per se, but they definitely have something against the Henchmen (and a burgeoning personal grudge against 21 and 24). The murder discussion seemed to only include the Monarch's henchmen... for now.

Though if you want to consider something against the Monarch personally, it does seem very... disquieting how attached the Moppets are to Dr. Sheila (for lack of a better name we haven't heard yet). The 'catbox' scene in particular seems to certainly set up further direct conflict between the Monarch and the Moppets...

With fanatical, devious and borderline psychotic henchmen like that, though, you have to wonder how Sheila failed as Lady Au Pair. Say what you will about them, but Kevin and Tim-Tom seem far smarter than the average henchperson.

"Dr. Sheila (for lack of a better name we haven't heard yet."

we have heard her new name, well seen it anyways. right in the voice credit for doc hammer:
Dr. Mrs. The Monarch

[monarch calls her Dr. Mrs. Monarch (as does #11 above) in cremation creek part 1, after she calls him Mr. Girlfriend.]

In Shadowman 9 when she is getting her new persona from Watch and Ward, she hints at having to get rid of her Moppets due to some kind of....trouble....that they had caused. Now I really wonder if these are the same Moppets as her original Moppets, or not.

The snatches of their conversation we heard were really ambiguous; but their reaction to catching 21 and Hank ("24") suggest they were talking about something more than merely doing harm to the other henchmen...something it would be worth killing to keep secret.

Of course I'm just speculating, but it might be a major plot point in upcoming episodes.

They were plotting to kill the henchmen. One of them suggests that they gas the cocoon so that it looks like an accident to the Monarch and Dr. Mrs. The Monarch.
