I know I'm Seriously late in the game posting this, but was anybody else annoyed by the Animation in this episode?
Also, I think this Episode is going to be my "State Dinner" Episode for the season, I could take it or leave it. Even though I really enjoyed the Back Stories, inside Jokes, Nods, and random hillarity, The overall Story lacked for me.

It wasn't a hilarious episode overall, nor did it contain any kickass action scenes, but I think you go too far in comparing it to State Dinner.

The only weird animation moment I noticed was when Phantom Limb was strapped into his machine. His facial expression seemed a little too bug-eyed. The dialogue didn't sound quite right for him, either.

Yeah, the Bug-eyed thing is what I'm Talking about.
In the scene at OSI, after the GI Joe parody, Brock is really Overly animated....It almost seemed like a Nickalodeon program or somthing. I also didn't like the revelation that EVERYBODY at OSI aside from Brock seems to be gay:
Gathers, The GI-Joe brigate, We know Sgt. Hain (Hatered) "Bad Touches" young boys. Even the Cameo of Steve Summers in the Background.
It seemed like OSI could change it's name to "America's Fabulous Fighting Force"
I did thuroughly enjoy "The Nozzle" tough; And the Exchange

The Fact is, I'm pretty sure I'll be watching State Dinner more often than I will this episode.
