I'm guessing that Assassinanny 911 was written after this episode, but it ended up airing before it. Maybe it was done being animated first or something. That's why Kim didn't recognise Hank, and she calls him 'the Scooby Doo kid' in Assassinanny 911.
I loved the 1980s Billy Quizboy bit. And Brock going all psycho, running around naked covered in blood carrying a decapitated head. Another good episode!

Yes as far as production order goes, Assassinanny is #16 and this episode is #15, but that may or may not be relevant since the first two episodes of this season were #20 and #19 and obviously they came first. The ordering is fairly deliberate, I think, so I think it may just be an oversight when Jackson and Doc were laying out the airing order. I guess.
