T-Shirt For Boy Adventurers

On account of seeing Wall-E and other obligations this weekend I sadly totally forgot about the latest shirt of the week which was, as many predicted, Dr. Venture's camp logo:

Also on a quick site-related note I haven't actually started the capsule/notes/etc for The Buddy System yet (normally I start Saturday morning) so they may come later than normal this week.

I have received GoCT and the Samson Kodokan Blood Judo shirt. Today is the 4th of July. I am putting on the Samson and taking my wife & son to the zoo. I pray the monkeys do not throw poop on this beautiful shirt.

I just got my Killinger shirt today. It's a nice quality shirt and fits really well. Course that could be due to my medium-sized torso, rather than anything the shirt did.

You got your Killinger shirt? Good, hopefully that means mine will be showing up here soon. I was hoping it would come soon so I could check the size before ordering another, but that doesn't look like it is going to happen. I'm going to order one of the Rusty shirts in the same size and hope I picked right.

Now the Venture world is a bit wierd, but I don't know if it is wierd enough that Brock, who has been practicing fighting arts for, what, twenty-five years? is going to almost lose his cool over some teenage boy taunting him. I suppose if Dermott is his son (which I regard as a certainty) it might, might just, be wierd enough to disturb him sufficiently act like he did. I still have trouble buying it.

The reason Brock had a hard time with is this is the first time he had to confront someone like Dermitt and can't do something like "make him dance like a marionette with his own optic nerves".

Brock's a man of action not talk, remember what Hunter said "You teach a hammer to love nails." So, what the hell is Brock suppose to do?

I've been getting the shirts two a week for the past couple of weeks. Wednesdays and Saturdays seem to be the magic days. I got my Quizboy shirt today! Well, my female friend's shirt, and I wish I would have got it in my size as well. Looks awesome. The quick delivery might be due to the fact that I live less than 2 hours away from World Leaders in NYC where the shirts come from.

Spookychan and I have been running a little 'show of your shirt' picture thread over at the Livejournal community. In case you wanted to see what these shirts looked like in person: http://community.livejournal.com/venturebrothers/355464.html

I got my Dr. Killinger and Quizboy shirts today. Gotta tell you, this quizboy shirt seems awfully small. Compared to the three other 2XL shirts, GoCI, Kodokan, Killinger, the Quizboy shirt LOOKS like an XL. Laying it on top of the others that is. It is just much visibly smaller. It is marked 2XL, but there is just no way it is.

Of course it wouldn't make sense that they would intentionally mark XL shirts as 2XL... not when the 2XL shirts sell at a higher priceHEYWAITAMINUTE!!!!

Okay, Venturoos. Here's what ya get for the Extras, at least on the DVD version. I felt it was a little light, but that's just my opinion. Deleted Scenes (as always) - Some are B&W sketches with the dialog, others are animated with the dialog. Ghost in the Pro-Blem - An extended view of the distorted images of events from the Pro-BLEM's point of view. Maybe there are some clues hidden in it if you like frame-by-frame advancing. Maybe not. Sirena Goes Off... - Cristin Milioti ad-libbing way more dialog than the script calls for. Poor Rocco. Promo - Basically the season 7 promo. Maybe there's Easter Eggs to find. I haven't done any extensive searching yet. If anyone finds any feel free to post them here!
