Viva los Notes!

As promised the notes for ¡Viva los Muertos! are ready to go as of last night. See, that's way before Friday. I highly doubt I will get much of anything done with Cremation Creek until this weekend is at least partly over though. Anyway, you guys will be too busy peeing yourself in anticipation and/or joy to care, right? Anyway, keep sending in notes and corrections. I have them all stored away in my inbox and some day I will finally get around to adding them all to the notes. It's on my to do list, I swear!

"In the opening sequence 21 asks 'Texas' if he's 'staying frosty'. This is probably a reference to Aliens since Corporal Hicks says that line in the movie and 21 is a noted dork and Aliens is loved by dorks worldwide."

Great use of logic...now I feel like a dork...not that I'm insulted or anything...

Re this: We get another death of the boys which was not mentioned in Powerless. That makes fourteen total, and it's certainly possible Dr. Venture and Brock either miscounted or this death occurred between Powerless and this episode.

If you'll recall, there was at least one only-Hank death (Batman) and at least one only-Dean death (scissors) so we're still not over the count.

Hank seems to be wearing the henchmen uniform from the pilot.

Also, while the Return of the Jedi Dr. O and the Alchemist resurrect from a trading card seems to be speaking gibberish. In the movie, Nien Numb, Lando's co-pilot, speaks a Kenyan dialect called Haya.

The Notes say Ted is loosely based on Charles Manson and David Koresh, but the name (and some character traits) are most likely based on Ted Bundy. There are some Manson and Koresh traits in the character too and I 100% agree that Manson was part of his inspiration, but I just don't see Koresh as a source for the character (he's from the wrong decade).

Okay, Venturoos. Here's what ya get for the Extras, at least on the DVD version. I felt it was a little light, but that's just my opinion. Deleted Scenes (as always) - Some are B&W sketches with the dialog, others are animated with the dialog. Ghost in the Pro-Blem - An extended view of the distorted images of events from the Pro-BLEM's point of view. Maybe there are some clues hidden in it if you like frame-by-frame advancing. Maybe not. Sirena Goes Off... - Cristin Milioti ad-libbing way more dialog than the script calls for. Poor Rocco. Promo - Basically the season 7 promo. Maybe there's Easter Eggs to find. I haven't done any extensive searching yet. If anyone finds any feel free to post them here!
