Say, Wasn't Sgt Hatred mentioned on that episode where #'s 21 and 214 where going to go on their own.. and 21 mentions that he got his jet packs from Sgt Hatred? AmmIWrong?

That's exactly right. He also touched Hank and Dean inappropriately (but Dean doesn't remember it because he was passed out from the Jesus jui--*ahem*wine) as mentioned in "Caged Bird Kills", which is why Hank pretends to be Russian Guyovich. GOD, I love this writing team. . . .

21 and 24 also stole parts from his hover tank to make the cocoon fly again in the second episode of the season, hence the name "Hate Floats"--or hovers, as the case may be.

Sgt. Hatred mentioned that the monitors at the cocoon looked like they were stolen from his hovertank. It sounds like the henchmen have been looting Sgt. Hatred a lot.
