In anticipation for season five, I was able to make a mockup of the venture compound in Google sketch-up. Meticulously watching and pouring over compound stills to get it as close as possible. Aside from the obvious background changes between seasons 1&2., (perhaps from "I know why the caged bird Kills," the reference of Myra burning down the compound explains the change.). But for some reason the Hangar for the X-1 seems to move around. Also the proximity of Casa De Venture. But instead of racking my head about it, I found one clip from "Tears of a Seacow," that shows a smaller hangar next to the house. Finally got some view of the entrance way staircase from the Halloween special last time. I can't wait to see more! Any other Venture compound enthusists? Discussions on layout? Discrepancies in continuity? Let me know if you'd like to see what I have got so far. :). Season 6! Come on Doc and Jackson! ;)
I would love to see what you have. I thought about doing something like this for a long time but was intimidated by the amount of work it would take. It'd be great to start from what you have and watch the episodes to see how everything matches.
Also, if I ever win the lottery I am building the compound for sure :)
