Also, yes, the ending made no sense. What'd Dr. O do? How'd the dead Hanks and Deans get in there? Guess we'll find out on Blu Ray.

I can't explain things that well. Firstly, the dead boys weren't really there. The whole episode is the goings on of Rusty's mind. They symbolized bad memories and baggage. Dr. O basically saved the day by filling Rusty's mind with love (Eros aka Billy) and The best perceived notion of himself (SuperEgo). Google Id, Ego, and SuperEgo. The whole stems from this.
