Just read the episode summary, the B story is Sergeant Hatred trapped in a theater with a bunch of little kids and his to control his urges.
For fuck's sake, ENOUGH OF THE PEDOPHILE CRAP! It stopped being funny after Hank asked Sgt Hatred if he was going to "bad touch" him at the Monarch's wedding.

I would agree if that was the whole joke. It's not. Jack and Doc aren't just going "What does Sgt. Hatred have in common with Wal Mart? Boys pants half off! lololol"
The humor is much more profound and comes from a sincere place in watching Hatred wrestle with his demons and try to put his sins behind him and form a bond with Hank.
