ack! the boring tank!
these are always the same in their cool looks and can't work. i'd love to see one that could actually point the screw at the ground, and actually be the shape of the hole being dug. and something for the inevitable dropping in through the roof of the cave and freefall to the ground. brock practically make his fly into the air to get going.

i don't hate the device. i think it's an important exploration device, especially into lost civilizations full of dinosaurs. but they always look like a tank with a screw on it (ok, i think there was one that was a shoe-buffer type in something). i just want to see one that's reasonably designed to do what it does.
