Gosh, Myra went downhill really fast. How much time passed between that day when she beat up the Monarch and when she was hauled away from the compound in cuffs? A few years? She looked almost as haggard then as she does in the present.

Yeah, my best guess would be around five years between those two events. I think it's pretty clear her obsession with Doc made her totally unstable and she just became a complete wreck, and then when the boys were born (weather or not they are hers) it probably just totally pushed her over the edge.
