After watching, it seems to set up things for some mega epic ending by the end of the season. And it hints at the TV series based off of Rusty's adventures, the Origin of Sgt. Hatred, Basically everything about Phantom Limb, Billy's place in all this...spooky stuff.
So Phantom Limb goes from having dinky limbs, then robotic replacements to invisible super limbs, then back to robotic replacements. Kind of like the circle of failure.

Wow, that settles it for me, then. How clever, too! I love that these characters are born with names that prefigure their futures...Phantomas, White, Haine...excellent stuff.
Wonder why Small didn't voice the character, though...I hope he's available for other appearances this season as I'd hate to lose him!
