Your Future Is Murky

Taking a peek at the newly released Adult Swim Schedule which runs through September 5th, Venture Bros. is oddly absent from the schedule in spite of the previously announced August 22nd start date. What does this all mean? Well not much since the AS schedule changes all the time, and the August 22nd date was never finalized. However if the schedule holds we won't be seeing new episodes until mid-September at the very earliest though keep in mind that it's only a few weeks difference at this point.

NO! NO! NO! I can't wait any longer than...53 days, 4 hours, 17 minutes, and 35 seconds.

Yes, yes, yes!! You can and you will. Might I suggest a hobby, like keeping a journal or maybe going jogging with friends? ;)

Wow. This sucks. A lot. What's so different between this season and any of the previous seasons? This is taking too long. I know, it's full of love and awesome and it hasn't been as long as the wait between season 1 and 2 but like Brock once said "This is getting stupid."

There could be production issues. The trouble is when they send all of the production stuff to Korea a lot of the stuff they get has to be sent back because of little mistakes that make the show "un-airable." Trouble is, there is very few ways to fix that stuff except to send it back for repairs. I can wait. We're getting an hour long super special at the end of this dry spell.

According to that schedule, Venture Bros. returns to the lineup on Sept. 5th at 11:30pm with the episode "Pinstripes & Poltergeists". It's reasonable to think this airing is a lead in to Season 4.2 starting Sept. 12th. Why else would they return the series to the schedule starting with the last episode from Season 4.1?

I miss the countdown clock, even though it may have just been a blatant lie. Jackson or Doc need to assuage the unsettled masses!

Okay, Venturoos. Here's what ya get for the Extras, at least on the DVD version. I felt it was a little light, but that's just my opinion. Deleted Scenes (as always) - Some are B&W sketches with the dialog, others are animated with the dialog. Ghost in the Pro-Blem - An extended view of the distorted images of events from the Pro-BLEM's point of view. Maybe there are some clues hidden in it if you like frame-by-frame advancing. Maybe not. Sirena Goes Off... - Cristin Milioti ad-libbing way more dialog than the script calls for. Poor Rocco. Promo - Basically the season 7 promo. Maybe there's Easter Eggs to find. I haven't done any extensive searching yet. If anyone finds any feel free to post them here!
