UGO Jackson & Doc Interview: Part One

As promised, UGO.com has their interview with Jackson and Doc up. It's short for now (with more coming) but there's some good info in there on how production for season five will go.

"We’re hoping to approach production a little differently, and Adult Swim has been really supportive and encouraging, and so they’re giving us the ability to put some more people on the show and try to get some more help for us so that we’re not as immersed in every second. Yeah so hopefully it will be a little easier on us, We’re going to do ten-episode seasons instead of thirteen, and some combination of those things will hopefully make it just more like having a hard job instead of 8 really hard jobs."

So go check it out and keep checking back for the rest of it. Thanks to Kevin Fitzpatrick for the heads up!

Haha, wow, UGO really wants to milk this interview for all the hits they can get. How many segments are they gonna stretch it into?

This is all good news so far, though!

MANY! Many hits. It was a great interview, a good half hour talking about everything from the toy line to the movies and TV the guys like (and hate!), and even which one of them would win in a fight, and why! I'm really excited about the things Doc and Jackson had to say, and it wouldn't be right to do it all in just one punch.

You guys are gonna love it, trust me! I promise, It won't be more than five segments.

Okay, Venturoos. Here's what ya get for the Extras, at least on the DVD version. I felt it was a little light, but that's just my opinion. Deleted Scenes (as always) - Some are B&W sketches with the dialog, others are animated with the dialog. Ghost in the Pro-Blem - An extended view of the distorted images of events from the Pro-BLEM's point of view. Maybe there are some clues hidden in it if you like frame-by-frame advancing. Maybe not. Sirena Goes Off... - Cristin Milioti ad-libbing way more dialog than the script calls for. Poor Rocco. Promo - Basically the season 7 promo. Maybe there's Easter Eggs to find. I haven't done any extensive searching yet. If anyone finds any feel free to post them here!
